Your Levy

The levy is agreed at the AGM, every year in June. The levy is required by the committee, this amount every chalet (shareholder) must pay, the funds the levy brings in pays for site maintenance such as grass cutting, gardening, repairs to lights, public liability insurance etc, and any other costs involved in maintaining Laigh Isle.

Levy in previous years

2022/23 £450, £380 if paid by 1st August

2023/24 £470, £400 if paid by 1st August

2024/25 £495, £425 if paid by 1st August

2025/26 £495  £425 if paid by 1st August

Extra Levy

Occasionally a special levy is also needed, this would normally be agreed at the AGM. In recent years a special levy was called for repairs to the roads and in 2022 an extra levy was decided on because of the cost of the repairs to the sea wall following a storm, £150 was agreed per chalet.  See diary page for that year.
