 We hope you have a lovely stay at The Isle of Whithorn.

1. Taking short cuts or playing on another owner’s property without permission is not permitted

2. Climbing on walls is not permitted

3. Cyclists must use the roads and not ride on grassed areas

4. Dogs must be kept under control at all times. Owners are responsible for clearing up after their pet should it foul the area

5. Care must be taken to preserve all trees, bushes and other plants on the common areas

6. Vehicles must not be driven or parked on grassed areas

7. Games with soft balls are allowed (no hard balls)

8. The speed limit should be adhered to at all times

9. All household refuse must be left out for collection in the appropriate bins. Care must be taken in windy weather to ensure rubbish does not litter the site,

10. Gulls and other large birds must not be fed, as in the past they have become a nuisance and also attacked the smaller birds.

Grey is normal waste, Red is cans & plastic, Blue is paper & cardboard

Please note there is not normally a bin collection on Bank Holidays, collection is skipped until next time.

Glass is recycled at the front of St Ninians Hall

If the power goes off for more than four hours then the Isle's Resilience will be opened at St Ninian's Tearoom

Available to anyone in and around the village free of charge
